Jacqueline Means is a senior at the Delaware Military Academy, where she is the Bravo Battalion Commanding Officer the founder of the Wilmington Urban STEM Initiative. She started the initiative to empower girls and increase their interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)through her innovative STEM education program/ her Girls Empowerment STEM Events.
